Customer Artwork Authorization

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, names, or other content, the customer represents and warrants that they own the material or have obtained all permissions, licenses, and authorizations necessary for Marcelle’s Stitch & Sparkle to reproduce and use it for the requested order.

The customer accepts responsibility for any copyright, trademark, licensing, privacy, publicity-rights, or other claims arising from unauthorized or unlawful use of submitted content.

Marcelle’s Stitch & Sparkle reserves the right to refuse any artwork that appears to violate another party’s rights, applicable law, or our business standards.
